We are property insurance claims professionals established by a husband and wife team located in New Orleans with 19+ years of insurance claims experience and 20+ years residential and commercial construction experience.  The company was founded in 2022 with the goal of providing reliable assistance to individual homeowners, insurance companies and attorneys.

My career in the insurance industry started in 2005 when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans.  I started as an independent adjuster handling residential property claims.  I fell in love with my work and my career took off traveling all over the United States working one catastrophe after another. Over the years, I was promoted to Claims Manager and then to Unit Manager overseeing several large accounts consisting of 10 Field Managers and 100+ Field Adjusters.  Eventually, it took a toll on me and I fell out of love with the management aspect and decided I needed to get back to the part of this job that I loved the best which is working as an independent and training. The most rewarding part of my career lies in the enduring connections I've made with homeowners and adjusters.  Nothing quite compares to getting the phone calls long after the storm has passed from individuals expressing how I made a difference.
